Job Duties
Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Pay: $21.28-$31.11/hour.

Additional Details: (1) Part Time Sr. Service Agent position available with a Monday - Saturday schedule with a day off during the week to be determined based on business needs. Schedule hours will be 4:30p.m. to 10:30p.m. A resume is required with application submission.
