Job Title: Part-Time Office Assistant

Job Description

The Part-Time Office Assistant supports day-to-day administrative operations, customer communication, and order processing. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small office setting within a manufacturing and distribution facility.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming phone calls (3-4 per day) and provide customer support as needed.

• Enter and process customer orders into the company system.

• Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and basic reports.

• Maintain office supplies and assist with general office organization.

• Support the sales and operations teams with administrative needs.

• Perform basic data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.

• Assist with scheduling freight pickups or coordinating deliveries.

• Handle email communication with customers and vendors.

• Assist with quality checks in the lab, including documenting viscosity and potency readings.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily business operations.

Work Environment

The work environment consists of a small office setting with three people, attached to a lab, manufacturing, and shipping area. The position offers flexible scheduling during business hours, requiring 20-25 hours per week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Prairie Grove, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32000.00 - $32000.00/yr.

we do not do healthcare for part time 401k after 6 months - matching (vested) PTO - equivalent to the number of hours that you work - after a year you are eligible for 2 weeks vacation after years 2-9, number of weeks

This is a fully onsite position in Prairie Grove,IL.
