Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years current experience with leadership in the Fast-Casual Restaurant industry, required.
High School Diploma or GED, required. Associates or a bachelors degree, preferred. Must have food safety manager certification upon hire.
Scheduling flexibility to cover the dynamic needs of the business (mornings, nights, weekends / part-time)
Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
