About the Position

Recruiter Contact: needed for MS/Tele unit (3rd Med Surg) at Anderson Hospital. Patient population includes CVA, diabetes, renal disease, COPD, pneumonia, cellulitis, medical/surgical, and telemetry with stable dysrhythmias. Float required to 2 Med Surg units. Weekend coverage every 2nd–3rd weekend. Navy blue scrubs required.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of MS/Tele experience
Accepted: First-time travelers
Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred
Skills: Telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation/management, IV therapy, PICC line management, wound care, colostomy & feeding tube care, IV insulin protocol, blood administration, respiratory support (HFNC*, CPAP/BiPAP*), postop ortho/GI/GU, surgical drains, chest tubes, dialysis prep/post
Float required
Valid IL RN license in hand at submission
