Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT
- Document care using our mobile-friendly EMR (TherapyBoss)
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure positive patient outcomes
- Travel to patients’ homes in your assigned area
Qualifications
- Licensed PTA in the state of Illinois
- Home health experience preferred (but not required)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field
