Therapist Wanted - Join our Libertyville, IL Team!
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our growing practice. We welcome fully licensed or provisionally licensed mental health professionals. Bilingual candidates are a plus, but not required. This is an exciting opportunity with on-site and remote options available, as well as full-time and part-time positions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, or group therapy to clients across diverse populations
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care
- Participate in supervision and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Licensed or provisionally licensed in the state of practice
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- Experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus
Preferred but not required:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages)
- Experience with diverse populations and age groups
