District: Aurora, IL
Grade Levels: K–5th
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | 35 hours/week
Contract Dates: August 18, 2025 – May 29, 2026
Orientation: August 4, 2025

About the Role:

AnthroMed Education, in collaboration with the Northwestern Illinois Association, is seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to serve elementary-aged students in Aurora, IL. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to students in grades K–5

• Develop and implement IEPs and treatment plans

• Conduct evaluations and provide diagnostic services

• Collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and related service providers

• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic communication goals

• Maintain documentation in accordance with district and state requirements

Caseload Information:

Caseloads are currently being finalized and will be consistent with students' general education and special education student needs. The position is expected to involve a variety of speech-language disorders across mild to moderate severity levels.

Qualifications:

• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)

• Valid IDFPR License

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus but not required

Compensation:

$57,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience and credentials
