Exciting News!!!! Destiny Healthcare is seeking a manager to operate its Waukegan, IL, location. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Illinois Department on Aging rules and regulations. The candidate must be a good communicator, organized, highly motivated, and looking for additional growth opportunities. Prior experience with IDOA a plus.

This role offers exciting and rewarding opportunities to provide Home Care for the frail and elderly within the local community.

Job Duties Will Include The Following

• Completing Payroll for all Staff.
• Ensuring the office is operating efficiently.
• Hiring qualified Home Care Staff.
• Ensuring Compliance with IDOA Rules and Regulations.
• Ensuring delivery of care to the clients daily.
• Working with local Case Management units.
• All other office functions.

Qualifications/Education

• An individual with training and experience in home care/services delivery/administration or a related company.
• One (1) year of supervisory/administrative experience in home care/services or related program.
• Must have a criminal background check.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
