What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: $22.50-$25/hr

• Monday - Friday schedule

About the Role

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering the phone promptly and being ready to answer any queries, resolve any issues, or obtain any necessary information.

• Maintain exceptional working relationships with customers, installers, vendor partners, and other staff

• Ensure all aspects of each project are running smoothly by creating job folders, communicating with customers, processing sale/contract orders, and uploading all contract documentation daily

• Assist the Install manager with scheduling installation dates and service requests, ordering all job materials, and pulling building permits

Key Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills with an expertise in problem resolution.

• Exceptional multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and an ability to prioritize tasks.

• Experience using Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn other computer programs.
