Team Chicago Soccer Club
Team Chicago Soccer Club is currently seeking qualified, motivated, and passionate coaches to join our growing staff. This is an exciting opportunity to coach in a high-level, professional environment while working across multiple competitive platforms, including the Elite Academy League (EAL), Girls National League (NL), local leagues, and the USL-Y Summer League.

Responsibilities:
- Coach teams during training sessions, games, and tournaments
- Plan and deliver training sessions aligned with the Team Chicago curriculum
- Create a competitive, positive, and development-focused team culture
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club staff
- Attend staff meetings and assist with scheduling and program organization
Qualifications:
- USSF License (or United Soccer Coaches equivalent) with a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Willingness to coach players from U7 through U19 age groups
- Experience coaching in competitive environments (EAL, NL, ECNL, or similar) is preferred but not required
Compensation:
- Competitive salary based on experience, licensing, and number of teams coached
- Support and reimbursement for coaching education and licensing courses
