We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Contract Data Entry Specialist to assist our client in Itasca, IL for a four-week project.

The primary responsibility of this role is to copy raw data accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of food regulatory or biological chemical principles and be proficient with general computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

· Accurately copy and enter raw data into designated databases and systems.

· Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular quality checks.

· Utilize basic knowledge of food and biological chemical principles to understand and process data.

· Create and maintain organized records and documentation.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry.

· Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

· Basic understanding of food science, regulatory and biological chemical principles.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

· Sharp attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous experience in data entry or related field.

· Familiarity with data management systems and databases.

· Bachelor's degree with majors in any of the fields - food science, biology, chemistry
