Civil Engineer – Transportation & Site Development
A growing engineering consulting firm is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to support diverse infrastructure and land development projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Design stormwater systems, detention facilities, grading, and underground utilities
- Perform hydrology/hydraulics modeling and prepare engineering reports
- Support roadway, intersection, sidewalk, and corridor development projects
- Develop construction specifications, details, and quantity takeoffs
- Assist with concept planning, budgeting, and schedule management
- Coordinate multiple projects while supporting project delivery efforts
- Lead meetings and contribute to plan production with limited supervision
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 4–8 years of civil engineering experience
- Experience with federally funded projects preferred
- P.E. license preferred but not required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D required
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and working independently
