Account Executive

Summary
We are seeking an Account manager to join our growing team at US Energy Company. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing client relationships, driving sales initiatives, and contributing to our mission of setting the standard for success in energy deregulation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment. Those selected will gain experience not only in sales, but also campaign management, recruiting, human resources, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to create innovative marketing campaigns that drive engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated self-starter with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to commute to our Schaumburg office.
- Previous leadership or management experience is a plus.
