At Kern Heating & Cooling in Beach Park, IL, we're searching for a full-time Lead HVAC Installation Technician to command residential heating and cooling projects!

LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN: PAY & PERKS

We offer $80,000 and $125,000/year , including base pay and commission. Beyond the rewarding compensation, you'll enjoy a fantastic benefits package , including two weeks of vacation to start. We also offer:

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?

This is a full-time heating and cooling position with a consistent weekday schedule. Your typical work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 4 pm .

As a Lead HVAC Installation Technician, you will arrive at the central location, prepared to tackle the day's residential HVAC installation projects. You will then proceed to the job site, where you will expertly install heating and cooling systems, ensuring every installation meets all necessary building code requirements. A key aspect of your day will involve directing and training the Install Helper, guiding them through the intricacies of each project. Throughout your day, you will maintain a focus on teamwork, collaborating effectively to achieve world-class installation standards on every job.

• Clean driving record
• Strong communication skills

At least 3 years of residential installation experience is preferred.
