Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associates to support warehouse and distribution operations in a fast-paced environment. This role includes receiving, picking, packing, dock processing, inventory handling, and operating warehouse equipment. Candidates must be comfortable working in hot/cold environments, lifting heavy materials, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

• Perform warehouse duties including counting, sorting, recording, picking, and packing inventory
• Assist with receiving dock and dock processing operations
• Handle large and heavy-weight stock accurately and safely
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Maintain inventory accuracy and quality standards
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and order pickers when applicable
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution setting

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience
• Strong work history and reliability required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for long periods
• Ability to work in loud, fast-paced, hot, and cold environments
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Preferred Experience:

• Distribution or 3PL experience
• Forklift certification and/or experience
• Experience operating:
• • Cherry Pickers
  • Order Pickers
  • Pacer/Dock Stockers
  • Turret Trucks
  • Stand-up Forklifts

Additional Requirements:

• Steel toe shoes are required
• Flexible schedule availability between 5:00 AM – 6:30 PM
