Illinois Certified Behavioral Techs Wanted!

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full-Time | Elementary (K–5)

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our partner district’s elementary team, serving students in grades K–5. This full-time, school-based position focuses on supporting students with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs in a structured, inclusive learning environment.

As the RBT, you will work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and provide both one-on-one and small-group support to students across academic and behavioral settings. You’ll be responsible for collecting and tracking behavioral data to monitor student progress and assist in refining intervention strategies. A key part of your work will involve helping students build communication, social, and self-regulation skills that foster independence and success in the classroom. Collaboration is central to this position—you’ll partner with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff to ensure consistent, positive behavior supports are in place. Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with students and families is essential.

Requirements

Candidates must hold at least a high school diploma and possess an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred, along with a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a collaborative, school-based environment.
