Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support elementary students in a Chicago-based school setting. This contract position spans the current school year with a commitment through June 12, 2026, offering a structured Monday to Friday schedule with consistent hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Behavior Specialist.
• Collect and document data on student behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with educators and other professionals to develop individualized strategies.
• Provide direct support to students in one-on-one or small group settings.
• Maintain professional communication with team members and families to promote student success.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Experience working with elementary school children preferred.
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to the full school year schedule.

Schedule and Location:

• Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
• Approximately 35 hours per week.
• Position based in Chicago, Illinois, within an elementary school setting.
