Parts Counterperson (Rockford)
If you know parts, move fast, and take pride in doing it right the first timethis is your role. Were looking for a dependable Parts Counter Person who can support our service team, help customers, and keep the workflow moving.
What Youll Do Help technicians and advisors find the correct parts quickly and accurately Assist retail/wholesale customers at the counter and by phone Look up parts using OEM catalogs and dealership systems Create quotes, invoices, repair orders, and special orders Receive, stock, and organize inventory Handle cores, returns, and warranty parts correctly Communicate clearly with Service to prevent delays and comebacks What Were Looking For Parts counter experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus)Strong attention to detail and urgency Friendly, professional communication Solid computer skills and comfort with parts lookup tools Reliable attendance and team-first attitude Ability to lift and move parts as needed Pay Plan Base Salary Bonus Opportunity based on performance and department results Benefits Medical, dental, vision 401(k) with match Paid time off Company paid Short Term Disability Employee discounts Stable, long-term opportunity Pre-Employment Requirements Drug screen required (as a condition of employment)Equal Opportunity Employer Lou Bachrodt AutoMall is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
