We are seeking an energetic individual with a great personality, strong people skills and professional.

Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Agency
- Coordinate with Care Managers and their tasks
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and community events
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents, records, and reports
- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records

Requirements
- Proven experience as an leader or similar role
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Professional Communication skills and ability to write professional emails
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Knowledge of home care management experience is a plus
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software.
