Key Responsibilities of the RN - Interventional Radiology
- Provide patient care in interventional radiology suites, pre-op, and phase 2 recovery
- Interpret EKGs and manage drip titration
- Assist in procedures such as central line placement, biopsies, and vascular interventions
- Collaborate with a team including a charge RN and IR Technicians
- Adhere to scheduling and call requirements
Requirements of the RN - Interventional Radiology
- Active IL RN license or proof that the application process has been initiated
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Experience with EKG interpretation and drip titration
