Benefits Specialsit
- Serve as the primary contact for employees, answering questions and resolving issues related to benefits
- Manage health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and more, ensuring smooth operations and compliance
- Develop creative communications to help employees understand and appreciate their benefits
- Work closely with benefits providers to ensure seamless service and negotiate renewals or updates
- Use data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making
- 2+ years in benefits administration or a related HR role
- Strong understanding of benefits programs, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions
