Accounts Receivable
Compensation: $25–$28 per hour, depending on experience, skill set and contract terms

LaSalle Network is hiring an Accounts Receivable professional for a growing organization in Niles, Illinois. This hybrid, contract-to-hire role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities. If you enjoy maintaining accurate financial records, following up on payments and contributing to a collaborative accounting team, this Accounts Receivable opportunity offers strong long-term potential.
What’s the job?
Manage day-to-day accounts receivable processes
Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time
Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts
Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due balances
Research and resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain organized documentation and AR records
Partner with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy
What’s needed?
Prior experience in accounts receivable or related accounting functions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with accounting systems and Excel
Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities
Clear communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to work on-site 2–3 days per week in Niles, Illinois
