Customer Care Representative Associate II

This role is within our Customer Experience and Technical Support team and is a partner to our Business-to-Business (B2B) customers and Sales team. You will assist partners by providing product information, processing orders, and problem-solving with a sense of urgency to deliver a great customer experience. In this hybrid role, you will have direct, day-to-day interaction with our B2B customers and Sales partners. This includes answering calls or emails to enter and process orders, provide product information, and respond to order inquiries. Customer Care Associate II Qualifications:
High School Diploma Customer Care or Customer Service experience
Preferred Qualifications – Some College, SAP, Salesforce Service Cloud, Microsoft Outlook experience
Customer Care Associate II Essential Duties:
Provide ongoing, daily support to external and internal customers, spanning all Chamberlain Group product lines
Utilize Salesforce to initiate and process customer cases, and create and maintain reports
Enter and manage orders in SAP
Provide product information, pricing and availability
Provide ongoing support of Inside and Outside Sales team
Follow-up with customers regarding the status of their open orders and relay shipping information
This position requires regular and predictable attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed.
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

The pay range for this position is $20.19 - $30.79/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
