We're looking for an energetic, dependable, and guest-focused Food & Beverage Runner to join our Chicago Magic Lounge team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven environment and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a food runner, busser, server assistant, or similar front-of-house role.
- Open availability , including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry trays weighing up to 20 lbs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests.
- Assist servers and bartenders to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Communicate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
- Clear and reset tables as needed.
- Provide friendly, attentive service while maintaining the unique atmosphere of the Magic Lounge.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

Schedule:
