Job Description:

Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing internal and external events that align with our company’s vision, ensuring every detail is handled with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, product launches, and team-building activities

• Manage all event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, contracts, and timelines

• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align event strategies with business goals

• Oversee event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions

• Handle on-site coordination, including staff direction, setup, and troubleshooting

• Evaluate event outcomes and provide post-event reports and feedback

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event planning tools is a plus
