Expected Opening Hours: 5am-10am (negotiable at interview)

Days Available: Any Days During the Week + Weekends

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Opening Crew Team Members. This position plays a critical role in setting up the restaurant for a successful day by preparing the kitchen, service areas, and dining room before peak business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready to prepare the restaurant for opening

• Prepare food and beverage stations according to McDonald's standards

• Ensure cleanliness and food safety procedures are followed

• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests

• Work collaboratively with managers and team members

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

• Ability to work early morning hours

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
