Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of project planning and implementation from original inception to final completion
• Serves as a single point of contact and interfaces with all parties involved on the contract including, but not limited to, Contracting Officer Representatives, Customers and customer technical leads, developers, IT administrators, IA engineers, and customer support agents
• Gathers customers' requirements and establishes project scope and objectives
• Prepares detailed schedules, project estimates and status reports
• Allocates resources to facilitate the successful completion of projects
• Coordinates and conducts meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis
• Reviews deliverables and ensures adherence to quality standards
• Manages the integration of subcontractor tasks and evaluates subcontractor deliverables
• Provides recommendations and takes action to resolve any management-related issues
• Responsible for large projects/programs or significant segments of a large complex project/program
• Leads multiple technical teams on large projects/programs or significant segments of large complex projects/programs
• Works with the Customer to identify new business requirements and develops the proposal
• Formulates partnerships between customers, suppliers and staff
• Anticipates potential project/program related problems
• Utilizes established techniques for identifying, eliminating, or mitigating technical, project/program and business risks
• Understands customer, industry and business trends and applies understanding to meet project/program objectives
• Assesses validity or effectiveness of given procedures and processes with a view toward enhancement or improvement
• Analyzes information and situations and implements actions, independently and/or through the management team to ensure project/program objectives are met
• All other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a technical/IT team environment
• Active Secret Clearance
• Ability to obtain/maintain IAT Level II Certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading project teams and managing projects as a program or senior project manager
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Program Manager managing Federal Contracts

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Active PMP certification preferred

EDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
