CRM Specialist
We are partnering with a fast-growing financial technology company seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist to support a key team member’s upcoming leave. This is a four-month contract opportunity beginning in mid-April, with onboarding and shadowing built into the timeline.
This role will focus on driving customer engagement and retention through multi-channel lifecycle marketing efforts. This is a hybrid opportunity in the city of Chicago.
Requirements:
- Execute and manage CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- Support campaign QA, testing, workflow approvals, and platform maintenance
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights on engagement, activation, and retention
- Run A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign effectiveness
- Partner cross-functionally to align messaging with broader business initiatives
- Contribute to testing roadmaps and new engagement strategies
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with a CRM platform (Iterable or similar preferred)
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns within a technical marketing environment
- Strong attention to detail and comfort owning QA processes
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently
- Bonus: Experience with personalization scripting, HTML email best practices, startup environments, or Spanish-language messaging.
