Overview

As a Regional Client Service Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our client service teams deliver quality, consistent, and efficient support. You’ll connect local offices with enterprise-wide resources, helping us build long-term relationships with our clients. This role is all about creating a culture of client excellence and driving strategies that help our clients succeed.
How you'll make an impact
In this role, you’ll oversee client service processes across your region, ensuring they’re aligned with our standards and goals. You’ll work closely with branch leaders to balance workloads, support staffing efforts, and integrate new partners. By leveraging technology and best practices, you’ll create capacity for growth and improved service.
You’ll also lead and mentor client service leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork. Your leadership will ensure our teams are equipped to deliver top-tier service and adapt to changing client needs.
Additionally, you’ll focus on compliance, process improvement, and client retention. By levereraging performance metrics and implementing innovative strategies, you’ll help us achieve our growth targets while maintaining high-quality results.
About You
Required: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of client service experience and/or claims management experience - or- High School degree/GED with 12+ years of experience 5+ years of management experience Appropriate licensing as required
Preferred:
- Experience in employee benefits or professional services consulting, with a focus on leadership and client relationships.
- Ability to explain complex issues in simple terms and present confidently to clients and peers.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative approach and a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
