Safety & Quality Manager
We’re hiring a Safety and Quality Manager to oversee safety compliance, quality standards, and regulatory programs across trucking and transportation operations. This role focuses on driver safety, DOT compliance, and continuous improvement to support safe, on-time service.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and enforce safety and quality programs for fleet operations
- Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Develop and deliver driver training, coaching, and corrective action plans
- Track safety metrics, reports, and documentation to drive performance improvements
Requirements
- Experience in transportation safety, fleet safety, or quality management
- Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Experience conducting audits, investigations, and safety training
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and enforce compliance standards
- Clear, professional communication and leadership skills
