JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides analytics and reporting support for business stakeholders and Condition Monitoring Advisors (CMA) by translating data into actionable insights
• Develops and maintains dashboards, recurring reports, and ad‑hoc analyses to support operational and strategic decision‑making
• Partners closely with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Supports ongoing analytics initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the team
• To enable data‑driven decision making by providing timely, accurate, and meaningful analytics for the purpose of asset uptime and CMA efficiency
• To standardize reporting and improve visibility into business performance

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field AND 5-7 years of relevant analytics or data analysis experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau)
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and presentations for business audiences

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly to non‑technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills

Salary expectations: $95,000 - $100,000 per annual
