We are seeking a skilled and experienced Video Editor to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life through video editing. As a Video Editor at Thesalonhype, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with a team of talented individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished video product

- Work closely with the creative team to understand the vision and objectives of each project

- Use various software programs to edit and add visual effects, sound, and music to videos

- Ensure the final product meets the company's quality standards and client's expectations

- Organize and manage video files and maintain an organized workflow

- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for video projects

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve video editing skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing

- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid

- Strong understanding of video production processes and techniques

- Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is a plus

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- A strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing work
