We are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Schedule appointments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
- Manage Web inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation and outgoing mail preparation.
- Provide general support to the legal and administrative teams as needed.
- Oversee the reception area and conference room making sure supplies are stocked and spaces are clean, including tracking and ordering office supplies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
