Implementation consultant software

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E2 (ERP) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in project management, software development lifecycle, and enterprise software solutions. We are seeking the right person to lead the integration of business systems and ensure systems efficiently and accurately capture and report cost data. Must have E2 experience.

Responsibilities:

• Systems Integration - Project Manage ERP System integration for newly acquired site to include optimization and standardization of processes between TRG locations.
• Streamline/improve data collection and reporting of costs, productivity, and utilization.
• Ensure planning of resource utilization is efficient, reliable, and cost effective for all TRG locations.
• Ensure quoting and pricing strategies are consistent across TRG locations and meet organizational goals.
• Develop cost allocation methodology between products and locations.

Requirements:

• E2 (ERP) experience is a must. The main priority will be: training co-workers to gain an understanding of E2 and how the system works, create user instructions etc.
• Manufacturing Experience : The ideal candidate has spent a portion of his/her career in a manufacturing environment in a make-to-order business model.
• Systems integration experience: Considerable experience with either the implementation of new business systems and/or the connection of different systems into seamless business tool.
• Project Management experience: Knowledge and experience managing complex projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Footprint Optimization Experience: The right candidate brings experience adding and optimizing the production footprint and capabilities for efficiencies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
