LaSalle Network is hiring for a Project Manager to join a growing Security and Risk portfolio led by a dynamic Portfolio Lead in Chicago. This is not a heads-down technical security role — it’s a highly visible Project Manager opportunity supporting business risk initiatives within a maturing, structured PMO environment.

This Project Manager will step into a portfolio with a strong foundation: standardized plans, clear deliverables and an established playbook. The focus? Tactical execution, risk mitigation and executive-ready communication. What’s the job?

• Lead 1–4 concurrent initiatives (ideally 2) within the Security and Risk portfolio

• Manage detailed project schedules, milestones and executive reporting

• Drive stakeholder communications across business and security teams

• Ensure alignment to PMO standards and methodology

• Monitor business risk factors and escalate appropriately

• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Chicago-based teams

• Support phased program execution with long-term continuity

What’s needed?

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager

• Exposure to security-focused initiatives (not a security architect role)

• Strong waterfall project management experience; some agile exposure preferred

• Exceptional scheduling and documentation skills

• Executive presence and polished communication style

• Detail-oriented and risk-measured approach

• Ability to work CST hours
