FOH Commissary/host

Nakorn Urban Thai Kitchen is seeking a FOH Commissary Lead/Host to join our team.
This role combines hosting with front-of-house commissary leadership. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests—warmly greeting and seating them, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth flow in the dining room. At the same time, you’ll oversee the FOH commissary, keeping service areas organized, stocked, and ready so the team can deliver exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and seating guests with professionalism and warmth
Managing reservations and guest flow throughout service
Overseeing FOH commissary areas—stocking, organizing, and maintaining supplies
Supporting servers and bussers to ensure seamless service operations
Communicating with the team to uphold Nakorn’s high standards of hospitality
The ideal candidate:
Is personable, professional, and highly organized
Thrives in a team environment and enjoys guest interaction
Has prior host/restaurant experience (experience with Toast and Opentable a plus)
Is detail-oriented and proactive in keeping service running smoothly
