Key Responsibilities:
- Train, develop, and mentor staff
- Create a welcoming work and dining environment
- Enforce food safety procedures
- Maximize sales and profitability
- Maintain QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards
- Protect the Wendy’s brand and assets
- Lead by example and exceed guest expectations
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 year of shift management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
