Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the first voice our customers hear and the steady hand that ensures their needs are understood and resolved. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of every interaction someone who doesn’t just answer calls, but owns outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the frontline support for customer inquiries via phone, email, and web

• Take full ownership of customer concerns follow through until resolution is complete

• Process orders, rental requests, service tickets, and parts inquiries with accuracy

• Communicate clearly with customers, setting expectations and following up proactively

• Collaborate with internal departments sales, service, rentals to keep the customer experience seamless

• Document all customer interactions in our system with precision and professionalism

• Anticipate needs and identify opportunities to improve service or solve problems before they escalate

• Support billing and invoicing questions, ensuring timely and accurate information

• Represent the Factory Cleaning Equipment brand with empathy, confidence, and urgency

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service, support, or inside sales (equipment or service industry a plus)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfort using CRM or service ticket software (we’ll train you on ours)

• A sense of personal responsibility, when something goes wrong, you step up, not back

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and team-first mentality

Bonus Points For:

• Knowledge of rental equipment, parts, or service workflows

• Experience supporting industrial or commercial customers
