Maintenance Manager (DeKalb County)
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take full ownership of maintenance operations for a large-scale industrial equipment manufacturer. In this high-impact role, you’ll ensure the production facility runs at peak reliability, safety, and performance.
- Anticipate $100K-$135K (+/-), based on experience
- Full suite of benefits; Health, 401K+match, PTO, Holiday, etc.
Responsibilities :
- Manage maintenance team across shifts, overseeing repairs and training.
- Implement preventive/predictive maintenance and TPM programs.
- Use CMMS for work orders and inventory management.
- Ensure OSHA compliance and coordinate vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years industrial maintenance management; supervisory experience.
- Mechanical/electrical expertise; CMMS proficiency.
- Class K certification (or ability to earn)
- Heavy manufacturing experience ideal.
