Certified Restorative Nurse

Job Summary:

As a Certified Restorative Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting independence and well-being for our residents, while fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide restorative care to residents, focusing on improving physical and mental functioning

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet resident needs

• Implement and evaluate restorative therapies, including exercises, mobility programs, and sensory stimulation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care and communication

• Monitor and document resident progress, adjusting care plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve care and resident outcomes

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Restorative Nurse

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a nursing professional

• Current CPR certification

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
