Position: Content creator for Country Musician
Hours: 15-30 hours/week (must have weekend evening availability)
Pay: Starting at $20/hour. Additional performance bonuses availableJob location: 50% on-site at Chicago-area shows, 50% work from homeOff-site Activities
Tik Tok◦ Create content for the “Big A$$ Boat” single & make posts◦ Reach out to other creators to use “Big A$$ Boat” in their content◦ Ideas for content (shows and other off-site content)
Instagram◦ Make posts◦ Increase follower growth and total views
Facebook◦ Posts Youtube◦ Increase views for “Big A$$ Boat” Analyze “Tim Gleason” brand and recommend changes
Work with marketing agency on website and other digital marketing
Create content calendar to map out content goalsOn-site Activities (20-30 shows this summer) Take pictures at shows◦ Pics of crowd, band in action, band (posed), band with crowd (posed) Videos of band/crowd at shows◦ Short form (for social media)◦ Long form (e.g., full songs for YouTube)
Sell merch at shows Engage with fans◦ Hand out social media cards, tag fans, etc
Skills Required
Content editing
Take quality photos/video
Knowledge of Tik Tok, IG, FB, Youtube, and other social media channels
Using creativity to create unique posts to drive engagement
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
