RESPONSIBILITIES: This position assists the School of Accounting & Business Administration, expediting and coordinating workflow of each. This position serves as manager of all office activities, duties and responsibilities for the Chairperson and faculty of the School of Accounting & Business Administration, to ensure an efficient, effective, and organized department. The individual in this position also performs clerical and secretarial duties of the Department of Accounting & Business Administration, under the general supervision of the Chairperson.

WORK LOCATION: Macomb Campus

APPOINTMENT: As soon as possible

HOURLY WAGE: $18.76-$20.63 (anticipated starting wage $18.76)

This position is represented by AFSCME Local 417.

Job Requirements:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Two (2) years (24 months) of work experience comparable to the third level of this series.
For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally accredited degree-granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body). The degree must be conferred at the time of application.

The University's athletics program, based on the Macomb campus, sponsors 17 NCAA Division I intercollegiate men's and women's varsity sports. All varsity sports compete at the Division I level through The Ohio Valley Conference.
