This Senior Performance Marketing Manager is a high-impact, individual contributor role where your work directly fuels customer acquisition and business growth. This role is onsite 4 days a week in Chicago, IL.

Senior Performance Marketing Manager What You’ll Do:

• Own and optimize paid social and paid search campaigns to drive acquisition and ROI.

• Analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to craft high-performing campaigns.

• Manage budgets, bids, and audience targeting for maximum impact.

• Stay ahead of trends, testing new ad formats and tactics to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.

Senior Performance Marketing Manager Who You Are:

• 5+ years running paid social and paid search campaigns in a B2C setting.

• Expert in Meta Ads and Google Ads, from setup to optimization and reporting.

• Data-driven, analytical, and obsessed with testing and improving performance.

• A self-starter who thrives as an individual contributor and can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Clear communicator who can turn complex metrics into simple, actionable insights.
