As an ER Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients in the emergency room. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with team members in patient care
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing standards
• Documenting care according to standards of care
• Performing assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care
• Developing and executing individualized patient care plans
• Participating in performance improvement activities and shared governance
• Providing clinical expertise and guidance to other units
• Utilizing critical thinking for patient safety and experience
• Engaging in professional nursing activities and peer review processes

Requirements for this position include:

• WI RN Licensure
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
• TNCC or TNS certification
• Need 1 year experience in setting
