Jr Trading Specialist

Job Summary

As a Jr Trading Specialist, you operate in a high functioning team-based environment with responsibilities in platform trade order processing, platform client communications, investment manager model delivery trading, and portfolio accounting system administration. Responsibilities and Duties

· Execution responsibilities for all Taiko portal system trading tickets including daily trade processing and all related communications including monitoring and conducting relevant business directed to model trading email inbox.

· Complete daily Taiko pre and post trading QC responsibilities(Orion / ZenDesk / Taiko Portal).

· Platform system maintenance including daily system checks(Trading and Orion Administration), model construction, reconciliation, heldaway asset protocols, and data queries.

· Work directly with clients to ensure timely and accuratetreatment of all trading and billing-oriented portal communications.

· Process Taiko portal content uploads and client notifications.

· Collaborate with team to continuously develop and maintaintraining/process documentation for Taiko portal, Orion, and ZenDesk activitiesincluding internal & external trading protocols, model construction, Orionadministration, Portal administration, new client implementations, and clienttrainings.

· Work in collaboration with Orion regarding client databasesetup, including but not limited to, user management, custodian setup, billing,reporting, performance, client portal, mobile app, and risk intelligence.

· Responsibilityfor monitoring and processing correspondence directed to internal capitalaccount statement email inbox including coordination with held-away assetreporting protocols.

· Diligent monitoring and execution of SalesForce workflows and completion of SalesForce tasks by due dates assigned.

· Assist with maintenance and processing of Taiko A/R (billing and third-party payables)including Adviser(s), Third Party Manager(s), Taiko Platform, and Taiko Model Management fees.

· Maintain and update proprietary firm investment models in Y-Charts.

· B.A. in Finance or Accounting

· 1 year+ trading preferred but open to training the right person

· Microsoft Suite understanding is required (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

· Preferred software knowledge: Orion and Eclipse, Salesforce, ZenDesk, Y-charts

· Experience working with brokerage/custodian platforms is a plus
