Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Partner supports organizational workforce needs through the execution of talent acquisition programs, recruiting operations, workforce hiring initiatives, and talent acquisition processes. This role partners with hiring managers and business leaders to support workforce growth, talent acquisition activities, and hiring objectives across manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, operations, and professional functions. Responsibilities may evolve based on organizational growth, workforce ramp-up requirements, recruiting delivery models, and business needs. The role may support recruiting activities through external recruiting partnerships during periods of accelerated growth and may assume increased direct recruiting responsibility as organizational hiring models mature. Position scope, level of responsibility, decision-making authority, and organizational impact increase with each level.Essential Functions

• Support talent acquisition activities throughout varying business growth stages, including workforce ramp-up initiatives, external recruiting partnerships, transition planning, and ongoing recruiting operations.
• Execute talent acquisition programs, processes, and initiatives supporting organizational workforce objectives.
• Partner with hiring managers to support staffing plans and hiring timelines.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
• Support recruiting efforts for manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, operations, supply chain, and professional positions.
• Maintain regular communication regarding recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.
• Monitor requisition activity, hiring status, and recruiting progress.
• Maintain recruiting records and data integrity within SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Generate recruiting reports and hiring activity updates.
• Coordinate recruiting activities among hiring managers, HR, recruiting partners, and candidates.
• Support implementation and adherence to recruiting processes, programs, and tools.
• Identify and escalate recruiting challenges or staffing risks that may impact hiring objectives.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Serve as the primary onsite Talent Acquisition partner supporting manufacturing operations and workforce growth initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to execute workforce hiring plans and staffing objectives.
• Create, maintain, and update job profiles, requisitions, and recruiting documentation within SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Support organizational workforce ramp-up initiatives and hiring programs.
• Utilize SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting to manage requisitions, workflow activity, candidate status tracking, reporting, and recruiting processes.
• Coordinate recruiting activities among hiring managers, HR, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partners, staffing providers, and candidates.
• Support recruiting process alignment and operational consistency between internal and external recruiting resources.
• Monitor recruiting activity and hiring progress while escalating staffing risks impacting workforce objectives.
• Support hiring manager utilization of recruiting systems, processes, and tools.
• Participate in direct recruiting activities, candidate sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, hiring events, and workforce acquisition initiatives as business needs require.
• Support transition activities between external recruiting delivery models and internal recruiting operations.
• Mentor less experienced recruiting personnel and provide support to recruiting team members.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field or equivalent level of experience
• Minimum 5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing recruiting environments.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, maintenance, production, engineering, operations, and professional positions.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting initiatives and workforce growth efforts.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing SAP SuccessFactors for requisition management, workflow management, reporting, and recruiting operations.
• Experience maintaining recruiting data integrity within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience creating and maintaining job profiles, requisitions, or recruiting-related documentation.
• Experience supporting hiring managers in manufacturing or operational environments.
• Experience working with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) providers, staffing agencies, or blended recruiting delivery models.
• Experience supporting multi-shift workforce hiring.
