- Hands-on apprenticeship focused on precision gear machining
- Learn hobbing and shaping operations with experienced mentors

Compensation & Shift
- Hourly: $20.00–$26.00 (commensurate with experience)
- Shift Differential: +10% for 2nd shift
- Schedule: Night shift

- Train directly on specialized hobbing and shaping equipment
- Develop core machining skills for aerospace applications
- Work side-by-side with senior machinists to learn best practices
