Human Resource Generalist
Join a tight-knit, people-first HR team supporting a growing manufacturing company that values its employees as much as its innovation. As an HR Generalist you’ll wear multiple hats—from managing plant-level hiring to providing day-to-day HR support, ensuring compliance, and driving engagement initiatives across two production facilities.
If you’re a recruiting pro who enjoys the variety and impact of full-spectrum HR work, this is your opportunity to grow with a company that’s invested in its culture and community.
What You’ll Do:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for plant-level roles, from job posting through new hire onboarding
- Facilitate orientations and Dayforce setup for a smooth employee experience
- Serve as a trusted HR contact for employees—handling questions, concerns, and policy guidance
- Support employee relations and coach managers through performance and disciplinary conversations
- Maintain accurate, compliant employee records and reports in Dayforce
- Assist with benefits support, open enrollment, and HR compliance audits
- Help plan and execute engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition events
- Coordinate internship programs and community outreach (including scholarships)
- Partner with the HR Manager and Director on continuous improvement and special projects
What You’ll Bring:
- 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in recruiting, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Experience using Dayforce or a similar HRIS system
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Clear, confident communicator with a high level of integrity and discretion
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Why Join?
- Be part of a people-first, community-driven manufacturing company
- Make a visible impact across two plants and help shape employee experience
- Work for a company that values trust, transparency, and team collaboration
- Competitive pay and full benefits
- Room to grow in a company that supports development and innovation
