Job Summary: In this role, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing complex healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple healthcare construction projects simultaneously, including new builds, renovations, and expansions

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met

• Oversee the procurement process, including contractor selection and contract negotiation • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, building codes, and safety standards
  • Conduct weekly site visits and inspections to maintain quality control and provide weekly field reports.
  • Prepare and present weekly project status reports to client and senior management
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare construction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare construction projects

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
  • Experience with sustainability and LEED certification in healthcare projects is a plus

Estimated compensation for this position:

110,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
