We are providing a $1,000 hiring bonus for experienced HVAC technicians with EPA certification, payable within the first 90 days! Additionally, we're offering paid apprenticeship training for new HVAC installers and service technicians.

YOUR TYPICAL DAY

As an HVAC Installation Technician, your day begins by gearing up for installations and repairs for a variety of clients. With your company truck stocked and ready, you set out to tackle HVAC issues, perform installations, and make replacements with ease. Your technical expertise shines through as you provide outstanding service, maintain an organized workspace, and communicate effectively with clients. At the end of the day, you handle paperwork with precision and share insights with your heating and cooling team. In this role, you are the backbone of our operation, and we could not bring the superb services we're known for without your expertise.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good driving record with a valid driver's license (no more than one ticket in the last 5 years)
• Experience with HVAC replacements
• Ability to adhere to all state HVAC codes
• Experience supervising apprentices
• Strong soldering and electrical work skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to climb ladders, work in close spaces, and adhere to safety standards

SCHEDULE

This full-time position offers a workweek of 45-50 hours, with flexibility for on-call duties and overtime when necessary. As an HVAC Installation Technician, you enjoy varying shifts, typically from 7 AM to 5 PM, and the opportunity to work both indoors and outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
